Whiten Teeth with Lemon Juice

So I saw a post that had a whiten teeth home remedy. Since getting my braces off, I've been looking for a way to whiten my teeth. I haven't tried Crest Whitestrips yet, but I think I should. So anyways this recipe was to use lemon juice and salt and brush it on your teeth with toothbrush. The previous blogger sweared it worked, but i'm not too sure. You be the judge!
