Whiten Teeth with Whitestrips

So I have used 6 packs and the verdict: IT WORKS!

Well, you can't see it very much, but when I compared pictures, you can see a definate difference.

I actually used them every day instead of twice a day like the instructions. It should have taken 3 days to see difference, I noticed in 6. So it just takes longer but no other side effects by taking them slower.

NOTD: Pretty in Purple

I had a grad event - Boat Cruise! - so I decided to do my nails fancy.
My dress was my inspiration. It's this really cool snake print but from far away it looks like flower patterns. Got it from winners! :) I love deals

Anyways let me know if you want a tutorial. And none of the polishes were called pretty in purple. I just thought it shounded cute :P

Playing with Fake Lashes

Recently I bought a box of lashes and I decided I wanted to experiment with it.
It did not go well at all. I watched a bunch of YT videos but i just couldn't figure the glue out, the sides keep sticking up. Am I missing something?

Anyways I took some pics that looked somewhat reasonable.

HOTD

So I went to sleep with my hair wet and I woke up to a mess.
There was no way I could have straightened it and gotten to school on time.

Sooooo....I used my straightener as a curling iron, and curled maybe 3 pieces of hair haha.
And it turned out quite natural, wavy, cute!
If only I knew how to do it again.

My hair is very stiff so my curls don't usually hold. Do hair products actually work?

Whiten Teeth with Lemon Juice

So I saw a post that had a whiten teeth home remedy. Since getting my braces off, I've been looking for a way to whiten my teeth. I haven't tried Crest Whitestrips yet, but I think I should. So anyways this recipe was to use lemon juice and salt and brush it on your teeth with toothbrush. The previous blogger sweared it worked, but i'm not too sure. You be the judge! Let me know what you think

Battle of Tinted Moistrizers

This is my E.L.F Hydro Shielding tint in Tone 3.

It has SPF 15. I love the smell of this foundation and it was my favorite last summer! It's hard for me to buy online, so if you have this, EMAIL ME!

This product has a very natural tint and is very easy to blend in.











This is the Covergirl AquaSmoothers in Classic Tan.

It has SPF 20. Costs 10 times more than my ELF foundation!! But after shipping and stuff I guess 4 times more. To me, I don't really see a difference vs. my bare skin. It feels smoother, but it doesn't really offer any coverage.

I would go with the ELF hydrotint just because these two products work about the same. Neither of them breaks me out and since I have dry skin, the dewyness is perfect. I DISLIKE matte foundation!

The only problem is, ELF only has 4 tones so if you don't match it, then there's no way around it. Although these are very sheer, so it's not too bad if it's not dead on.

NOTD/Review: ELF Nail Polish

So this is my first beauty blog entry. I've been reading lots of blogs recently and decided to add some of my own stuff. I don't know if I will be able to update it all the time. It will be more like a spur of the moment thing. Although, feel free to request anything.

FIRST UP!
ELF Nail Polish in Light Pink

I got this as a set of 3 from their french manicure set. I love the color. It's a really light, sheer wash of baby pink with shimmer.

However, it's a little TOO sheer. It takes about 3-4 coats for any color to show up.

It is cheap though! So it's a great way to experiment with color.

Rating: 6/10

Repurchase: No. But I will in other shades.
